No. We want you to try our food and see what works best for you and your lifestyle. Order however often you need it and for whoever in your family would like it. Our chef develops a fresh menu of breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert items for you to choose from weekly.
The meals are pre-cooked, which meals all you have to do is reheat them. Your meals will arrive in a container that is BPA-Free, microwave-safe, and dishwasher-safe. There isn’t a “right” or “wrong” way to reheat these meals. But here are the best ways to reheat the meals to preserve taste and texture:
Using microwave
- Either loosen the lid of the container or dump the contents of the container onto a plate, cover with a paper towel and reheat in microwave.
- You can use the “Reheat” option on the microwave. Using the “Reheat” option prevents overcooking as the meals are already cooked. You can also put your food in for 1:30 or 2:00 mins depending on your preferences.
Using stovetop
- Dump the contents of the container into a pan.
- Reheat using Medium heat until all ingredients are hot
- The containers are NOT oven-safe, so please do not put them in the oven
The cooking time will vary from microwave to microwave, and stovetop to stovetop. It will also vary depending on each person’s personal preferences…personally, 2 mins in the microwave with the lid loose and sitting on top works perfectly for me.
For the Charlotte area, delivery is free for orders over $80, otherwise there’s a small fee of $5 for delivery. For areas outside our normal range of delivery we’ll either have to charge you a slightly higher delivery fee or you may pickup your order. We have a pick up location for Sunday in University Area at 9545 Pinnacle Dr, Charlotte, NC 28262 to waive the delivery fee.
We currently deliver on Sunday and Monday. You’ll be able to choose which day works best for you.
On Sunday our delivery time frame is from 10:30am to 2:30pm. If you’re not planning on being home during that time frame, we ask our customers to put a cooler by a door for us to fill and put on ice for when you get home. If you forget to set it out, we have your food in cooler bags and ice packs that we’ll leave by your door. We just ask that the next week you return your cooler bag and ice packs so we can keep costs low for you.
On Monday our delivery time frame is from 11am to 2pm. We try to make Monday’s ideal for office deliveries if it works better for you. Just make sure to put in whatever delivery address you’d like during checkout. If you aren’t planning on being home until later that evening, we’d recommend you choose Sunday. We don’t want the food sitting out in the heat too long.
You may also pick up your order Sunday from 9:30am to 11am at 9545 Pinnacle Dr, Charlotte, NC 28262. This is great for individuals who live outside our delivery area.

Try our delicious food with your first order. There’s no obligation to continue or order every week. All you do is select what you’d like that week and we’ll deliver it to you.
We’re based in Charlotte, NC. We deliver anywhere within Charlotte or roughly 15 miles outside the city. For certain areas that are farther away but in our zone we’ll charge a slightly higher delivery fee or you may pickup for no cost. On a rare occasion our system will allow an order to be placed outside our delivery zone but unfortunately will have to be switched to a pickup order or cancel. Please contact us if you have a specific location question.
