Do I have to order every meal? Breakfast, lunch and dinner?

No. We want you to try our food and see what works best for you and your lifestyle. Order however often you need it and for whoever in your family would like it. Our chef develops a fresh menu of breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert items for you to choose from weekly.

Is there a delivery fee?


For the Charlotte area, delivery is free for orders over $60, otherwise there’s a small fee of $5 for delivery.  For areas outside our normal range of delivery we’ll either have to charge you a slightly higher delivery fee or you may pickup your order. We have two pick up options. One on Sunday in University Area at 9545 Pinnacle Dr, Charlotte, NC 28262 or Monday in Uptown at 741 Kenilworth Ave #204, Charlotte, NC 28204 to waive the delivery fee.

How and when is it delivered? What if I’m at work?

We currently deliver on Sunday and Monday. You’ll be able to choose which day works best for you.

On Sunday our delivery time frame is from 3pm to 7pm. If you’re not planning on being home during that time frame, we ask our customers to put a cooler by a door for us to fill and put on ice for when you get home. If you forget  to set it out, we have your food in cooler bags and ice packs that we’ll leave by your door. We just ask that the next week you return your cooler bag and ice packs so we can keep costs low for you.

On Monday our delivery time frame is from 11am to 2pm. We try to make Monday’s ideal for office deliveries if it works better for you. Just make sure to put in whatever delivery address you’d like during checkout. If you aren’t planning on being home until later that evening we’d recommend you choose Sunday. We don’t want the food sitting out in the heat too long.

You may also pick up your order Sunday from 11am to 1pm at 9545 Pinnacle Dr, Charlotte, NC 28262 or Monday from 12:30pm to 2pm at 741 Kenilworth Ave #204, Charlotte, NC 28204. This is great for individuals who live outside our delivery area.



Do I have to sign up for so many meals at a time?

No. It’s complete up to you. You may order however many work for you and your family every week. Delivery is free for orders over $60, otherwise there’s a small delivery fee of $5.


Is there a trial?

Try our delicious food with your first order. There’s no obligation to continue or order every week. All you do is select what you’d like that week and we’ll deliver it to you.

What is your delivery zone?

We’re based in Charlotte, NC. We deliver anywhere within Charlotte or roughly 15 miles outside the city. For certain areas that are farther away but in our zone we’ll charge a slightly higher delivery fee or you may pickup for no cost. Please contact us if you have a specific location question.

When’s the new menu posted? When’s the ordering deadline each week?

Our new menu is available every Tuesday by 1pm. If you create and account with us, we’ll email when it’s ready to view.

Ordering deadline for Sunday and Monday delivery is Friday at 10am.

How much does it cost?

Each meal is $12 and desserts are $8.  (Trust us, the desserts are to die for.)

How many calories are in each meal?

Meals range from 250 to 400 calories. The portions are generous, usually 5 oz protein with 2 cups of vegetables.  Most meals are Paleo, which means dairy-free, gluten-free, grain-free and sugar-free. We do have side items on request for those who need more carbs of couscous, brown rice, and quinoa.

How do I heat the meals?

Each meal is individually portioned and packaged in a BPA-free, dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe container. All meals are pre-cooked, all you need to do is heat up in the microwave or on the stove top in a pan.

How do you determine portion sizes?

We measure the protein and vegetable portions on a scale.  The default portion size is 5 oz of protein with 1-1.5 cups of vegetable depending on the type.   As a reminder the weight of the food doesn’t necessarily equate to the amount that’s in the container.  For example, 1 cups of kale is going to look less dense than 1 cup of cooked down greens.

Can I customize a menu item?

We try our best to accommodate everyone, however, there will be times your specific needs will not be met simply due to the nature of a meal prep/delivery service.

It’s important to keep in mind that we are not a personal chef service where the chef prepares meals for one family.  We prepare and deliver meals to many households so before you order from us, we want you to be informed and know exactly what a meal prep service can do, and what it cannot do.

What We Can Do

  • Adjust portions of each meal to include extra protein (default portion is 5oz of protein)
  • Offer common side options such as veggies and brown rice, couscous, and quinoa
  • Accommodate the majority of people who are allergic to dairy, gluten, and grains.

What We Can’t Do

  • Accommodate specific food allergies or leave out an ingredient such as a spice, onions, garlic or salt.
  • Deviate from the weekly menu and make specific meals for specific people.
  • Adjust the seasoning levels in the food for each personal palate.  We try our best to nail the flavor profiles each time but everyone’s taste buds are so different, it’s impossible to get it right for every single person.
How do I view cart on mobile or tablet?

You can absolutely order on a mobile device or tablet! All you do is view the menu like normal and add items to your cart. Finding the cart is sometimes tricky.  Once you add an item to your cart the “View Cart” link will appear below the “Add to Cart” button you just pressed.
